Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of Inline. It is part of the Terms of Service. You are responsible for your own conduct, Your Content, and the behavior of users, bots, integrations, agents, and applications you connect to Inline.
Illegal and Harmful Conduct
Do not use Inline to plan, facilitate, promote, or commit illegal activity, including fraud, scams, theft, exploitation, trafficking, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or violations of export control laws.
Abuse, Harassment, and Hate
Do not harass, threaten, bully, dox, impersonate, intimidate, or target people or groups with abuse. Do not promote hatred, violence, or dehumanization based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status.
Child Safety and Sexual Abuse Material
Do not upload, share, request, create, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or content that sexualizes minors. We may report such content to law enforcement or relevant child safety organizations.
Do not share non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, or sexually explicit content involving people who did not consent.
Violence and Self-Harm
Do not use Inline to threaten violence, coordinate physical harm, encourage suicide or self-harm, glorify violent extremism, or provide instructions for violent wrongdoing.
Spam, Manipulation, and Deception
Do not send spam, phishing attempts, credential harvesting links, malware links, deceptive messages, fake engagement, or unsolicited bulk communications. Do not mislead users about who you are, what a bot or integration does, or where a link or file will take them.
Security Misuse
Do not use Inline or its developer tools to:
- access accounts, chats, spaces, systems, or data without authorization
- distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, credential stealers, or exploit code intended for abuse
- probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or attack Inline or third-party systems
- bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, logging, security controls, or usage limits
- extract tokens, secrets, private keys, session cookies, or other credentials
Good-faith security research is welcome when it is non-destructive, avoids accessing other users' data, and is reported promptly to with the subject line Security.
Platform Integrity
Do not scrape, crawl, index, mirror, benchmark, resell, sublicense, or use Inline in a way that harms service reliability or evades product limits unless we have given written permission. Do not reverse engineer non-public APIs or interfere with the operation of clients, servers, bots, SDKs, MCP tools, or integrations.
Privacy and Rights
Do not upload or share content unless you have the rights and permissions to do so. Do not violate privacy rights, intellectual property rights, contractual obligations, confidentiality obligations, or workplace policies that apply to your use of Inline.
AI, Bots, MCP, and Automation
Automated systems connected to Inline must act within the permissions granted to them. Do not use AI agents, bots, MCP tools, scripts, or integrations to bypass this policy, impersonate users, exfiltrate workspace data, make high-impact decisions without human review, or generate content that would violate this policy if a human posted it.
Enforcement
We may remove content, disable integrations, revoke tokens, rate-limit requests, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, notify workspace administrators, or contact law enforcement when we believe this policy has been violated or when needed to protect users or the Services.
